Kermit Nyen Retires
Kermit Nyen, DB's plant manager for the last 17 years retired
February, 2008. We wish Kermit all the best in his new endeavors.

Mike Ericksen Joins DB Metal Finishing
We are pleased to announce Mike Ericksen has joined DB in April 2008
as our Production Control Manager. Mike brings his years of experience and
expertise to enhance DB's management team.

DB Awarded Rock River Reclamation District Gold Award
The Board of Trustees of the Rock River Water Reclamation District recognizes certain
industries for their efforts in meeting environmental discharge standards. DB received the
Gold Award for the operation of their pretreatment system in 2007 without any violations
of the District's Pretreatment Standards.

Paul Leonardson named VP Operations
Paul Leonardson was promoted to VP of Operations in June, 2008. Congratulations to Paul.
