Baking

A fully automated flow thru oven ensures parts are baked within 1 hour of plating.

Attached to one of our automated Jessup Barrel lines is a fully automated flow-thru oven that ensures parts are baked within one (1) hour of plating. We also have 5 batch style, forced air bake ovens that  are regularly calibrated and certified. Operating data from ovens and plating process is continuously analyzed and stored as an integral part of our quality program.
